Hustlepreneur 101: Connections that Matter

April 27, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

In August 0f 2018, Black Affluence exec’s Xavier Snow and Dominic Weeks began organizing monthly events at Keller WIlliams Capital Properties in DC known as Hustlepreneur 101. The idea was simple, create a series of interactive networking events that brought successful entrepreneurs to the community in order to share their stories and connect like minded individuals. Today it is April 2019, and Black Affluence is preparing for its 9th free community event, Hustlepreneur 101: Connections that Matter; an event aimed at teaching the proper networking and communications skills to be successful. In a world where we are so connected to screens and technology, it is easy to forget that what makes us human, is our ability to connect and relate to other people. Black Affluence aims to bring change through not only financial education, but overall mindset shifts. By being intentional on how and what we think about, we increase the likelihood of our success.

This year looks bright as partnerships from around the country begin to manifest. As social media guru and Black Affluence Co- Founder Xavier Snow puts it “social media has played an huge role in our past and future successes… as we look to form partnerships around around the globe they hope to take Hustlepreneur 101 to various countries and communities around the world.
